IFLS Network BadgerNet issues resolved.

The BadgerNet issue seems to have "self resolved" after a call into the BadgerNet support center resulted in a ticket being created with AT&T. We do not yet have details on what happened, though internal troubleshooting indicated either BadgerNet equipment failure or mis-configuration at the Data Center. We are continuing to monitor and are following up to see if we can garner clarity on cause.
