WVLS Network Several WVLS member libraries offline due to regional BadgerNet service outages

Crandon is offline - currently in repair - no ETR. Abbotsford, Owen, and Withee are offline - currently under investigation - no ETR LEAN WI partners are monitoring the situation and will follow up with individual sites as status changes.
