An III support engineer was able to determine and resolve the root cause of issue with the Sierra Server and the E-Commerce module. The PayPal Payflow service is again functional from the WVLS V-Cat online catalog.

Online payments via the PayPal Payflow service in the WVLS V-Cat online catalog is currently not functioning as expected. This issue was first reported today (11/2/17) at 4:30 pm but may have been affecting users since the ILS server virtualization project on 11/31/17.

We suspect that the PayPal service may have an issue with the use of our SSL certificate for catalog.wvls.org migrating to a new server and are investigating with III support.
